About: Simone Bryant
Work Experience and Education
With over 20 years of senior management experience across media, market research, and technology, I’ve held leadership roles in major international media agencies and research organisations. This background strengthened my negotiation skills and deep understanding of client needs, supporting my transition into senior sales, client service management, and high‑performance roles across Media Research, Real Estate, and Software Development.
Most recently, I worked locally as a Practice Administrator for a Brisbane and Sunshine Coast accountancy firm, and I now bring that financial and operational experience to McGregor Wealth Management.
Role – Describe what you do and why you are good at it.
As the Client Services Manager, I ensure every client enjoys a smooth, positive and well‑supported experience with McGregor Wealth Management. I’m committed to exceptional client service and work closely with our Adviser team to onboard new clients, making each step organised, seamless and aligned with their financial goals. I enjoy meeting new clients and learning about their pathways, helping set the foundation for strong, long‑term relationships.
Outside of work – what do you like to do?
I have always had a love for the ocean, whether I’m near it, in it, or on it. Simultaneously, I maintain a deep respect for its immense power and mystery. The fact that only a small fraction of the world’s oceans has been explored highlights our insignificance in the face of something so vast, unpredictable, and largely unknown.
Noosa offers the ideal ecosystem for me to further explore and deepen my understanding of my passion. As an active member of Coolum and North Shore Coast Care, I continuously learn about the wildlife and ecosystems reliant on the sea. From June to November its all about the whales, (its hard to keep me out of a boat) and from November to April, when turtle season arrives, you can find me walking the beaches pre-dawn and post-dusk searching for active tracks and nesting activity. Helping to preserve sea turtles has become one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life.
What do you enjoy about being part of the McGregor Wealth team?
I enjoy being part of the McGregor Wealth Management team because it’s a group of people with genuinely deep, practical financial expertise and a shared commitment to doing what’s best for our clients. There’s a real culture of collaboration, integrity, and thoughtful decision‑making — qualities that make the work both meaningful and energising.
What is one thing about you that people would be surprised to know?
I first learned to ski and ice‑skate high on the Himalayan ranges, stationed at a remote Indian Army base along the India–Pakistan border during a time of conflict
Name one person that you draw inspiration from and why?
That is a hard question as I draw from experiences with most people I encounter, but for me – Richard Branson stands out as the person I draw the most inspiration from, he represents a kind of limitless thinking that feels bold, imaginative, and deeply human. What truly inspires me, though, is his relationship with mistakes — the way he treats them not as failures, but as raw material for growth.
